• Please "Add a note to your order" during check out for name personalization. Please list them in the order you would like them from Left to Right with a comma in between each name (*don't forget your Mom Puzzle Piece in that mix). Please be sure your spelling is correct as I am only copying and pasting what you have indicated. 

• A proof of what your puzzle piece layout will be sent to you. Please be sure to check your email as I will not begin cutting your order until these are approved by you. This will add an additional 5 business days to your order.
