How long is your turnaround time if I order an item today?

All items are made to order. Please allow 7-10 business days for item(s) to be completed.

Shipping is an additional time on top of this. We cannot take rush orders at this time. 

Shipping (U.S.)

Once your item is complete, it will be shipped via USPS and can take between 2-9 days. Each package will come with a tracking number which we will be happy to provide for you via e-mail once sent.

The InSpirited Home is not responsible for undelivered, or mis-delivered packages due to incorrect address, or packages that are damaged or destroyed during transit. We are however happy to help petition with USPS to resolve the issue.

Do you ship outside the U.S.? Unfortunately at this time, we do not ship outside of the United States. 
How are your signs made? All of our signs are designed, hand-cut, sanded and painted between my husband and my myself. You will find that there are beautiful natural knots, grain patterns, small cracks, and holes that are untouched to preserve the woods natural character. They have been painted and/or stained, distressed and sealed with a protective coating.

Please note that since our signs are hand made to order they may vary slightly in appearance from what is shown in the photos. Size may vary slightly due to difference in names on custom signs. They will look extremely similar, but creating each sign to order gives each piece a unique character of its own.

We love custom orders! If you have a Bible Verse, Hymn, or Inspiring Quote that you would love created into a sign: Please e-mail us at info@theinspiritedhome.com to begin your custom design process! 

*Please note that we do not replicate other makers designs. We want to honor and respect other makers originality and try our best to create a unique and original design with our own creative flair. 

Return Policy

We pray and hope for that every piece you receive from us is something you'll love and adore; while we don't offer returns, we want to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. Please e-mail us at: info@theinspiritedhome.com if you have any questions or concerns with your product that you received. 

If there is something wrong, an error on our part or in our product. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your item. That way we may address and correct the problem as soon as possible. 

All items that are custom ordered are non returnable UNLESS there is an error on our part or in our product. Please e-mail us within 48 hours if this is the case.
